PREAMBLE

World Conquest (WCFJ) Zambia is a Christian based Non-profit, Non-Governmental Organisation (NGO) established on 25th November, 2015 and fully registered with the Registrar of Societies in accordance with the laws of Zambia. It is an umbrella branch of the mother body based in Westminster, Maryland, United States of America (USA). It is run by the Executive Director Pastor Dr Masiku Phiri and his wife Pastor Shekinah Phiri and in partnership with Living Water Global Churches (LWGC) under the Spiritual covering of Arc Bishop Bernard Goodson Nwaka as the Chairperson of the Board of Directors.

WCFJ-Zambia was established based on the foundation of the Christian faith and puts biblical teachings at the core of its values and work. It looks to help the vulnerable in society including but not restricted to orphans, persons with disabilities, the terminally ill, victims of gender based discrimination and violence, as well as internally and externally displaced peoples including refugees. It also aims to mitigate social injustices caused by illiteracy, extreme poverty, wars and natural disasters by connecting would be donors to the vulnerable. The organisation has since planted Twenty-Six (26) churches but currently only able to support Ten (10) with another Sixteen (16) working without support due to financial constraints but under the supervision of the organisation. There are many more applications pending approval to plant churches but still under internship so as to ground the interested applicants to the vision and tenets of the organisation.

The organisation further puts the tenets of Education and Health at the core of its mandate and identity. We believe that an educated, healthy and saved soul is the premise for a prosperous nation. Consequently, in our goal to put words into action, WCFJ-Zambia aims to offer a variety of well-structured educational programs by way of running community schools and facilitating the incorporation of beneficiaries into the mainstream school systems ultimately. On the health front, we strive to provide equitable access to healthcare by way of mobile clinics as well as community outreach programs through our vast network of volunteer health workers and partnerships with local and global healthcare bodies.

WCFJ-Zambia has under gone restructuring in 2018 and part of 2019 with a focus on Evangelism and Soul Winning thereby planting more churches according to Acts 16 vs 5 which quotes “So the churches were strengthened in the faith and grew daily in numbers.” The organisation still affirms its ambitious vision to reach out and aid millions of vulnerable people in its organisational lifetime. This places emphasis on the local organisation to plant not less than 1000 churches by 2025 in order to carter for a population that currently stands at 17.86 million people (ZDHS 2019) and is fast growing. The organisation believes this is possible as it is the only country known as Christian nation by the Constitution in Africa thereby placing it as a model on how Christianity can change the communities of this world. This vision shared by the mother body organisation entails that even the remotest communities in the country are not spared from the reach of WCFJ-Zambia. The organisation aims to have presence in every Town, City and Village. With its values, WCFJ-Zambia does not discriminate against anyone in need on the basis religion, race, ethnicity, colour, socio-economic status or disability in its work.
